Staub's Cast Iron 3-qt Tomato Cocotte in cherry was created due to the success of Staub's Pumpkins. They wanted something to add to the collection, so this piece is inspired by the Brandywine Tomato. The rough texture results in exceptional browning, but it requires no seasoning.
